Russell Healy is an experienced Kanban coach and trainer. He has worked extensively with software development teams from small, nimble teams using fast development platforms, to multi-million dollar enterprise projects. In 2011 Russell was a recipient of the Brickell Key Award for his contribution to the Lean and Kanban community. He is the inventor of the popular getKanban Board Game - a training tool that is used in many Kanban classes around the world. Russell is a frequent speaker at LeanKanban and Agile conferences. He has worked as a Development Manager, Solution Architect, and Software Developer in both private and public sector organizations. He earned degrees in Computer Science and Commercial Law from the University of Victoria, Wellington, New Zealand. Russell is a Lean-Kanban University Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) and Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP)
