Jens has more than 25 years of experience as a software professional and more than 20 years in using and introducing Agile concepts into organizations. He has introduced Kanban in several larger organizations, among them Süddeutsche Zeitung, Intel and Infineon. Jens has contributed to numerous national and international conferences both as speaker and as member of the program commitees, such as OOPSLA, Agile, XP and LKCE. He contributes to the "Supporting Agile Adoption" program of the Agile Alliance and served on their board for one term.
Today Jens works as Principal Consultant with Munich based improuv GmbH, consulting large scale adoption that usually include a fair amount of complex Kanban systems, both on team and on portfolio level. He's also member and frequent blogger of the Agile Product&Project Management Practice of the Cutter Consortium, Boston, MA, USA.
