Chris brings over 25 years of experience to his customers as a trusted consultant, trainer and coach. He has worked broadly across the financial, manufacturing and service sectors allowing him to share his unique insights into a variety of business and technology challenges. He focuses exclusively on the application of Lean Agile principles to product and service-based organizations, helping his clients understand how to evolve appropriately from where they are now.
Although experienced with other Agile approaches such as SAFe and Scrum, Chris believes that Kanban offers better results and a more change-friendly Agile journey. His passionate and engaging interaction style delivers satisfying outcomes in both training or consulting contexts.
Current Kanban interests are: cross-team/service coordination, upstream Product Development flow, non-technology applications, scaled product development programs and spreading the understanding of the Kanban Method.
