Certified Kanban System Design (KMP I) for Marketing and Communications Teams

Is your talented team of marketing professionals ready to tackle the challenges of a rapidly changing industry? Do you need to demonstrate strategic value to internal and external stakeholders while creating a more efficient way of working? If so, Agile Marketing is the solution that will create a differentiated team by offering a unique approach to addressing common issues, such as workflow management and stakeholder communications.

Our Unique Approach

Excella Consulting’s Kanban System Design (KMP I) is the first step in creating a differentiated team empowered to deliver value using process improvement techniques.  KMP I is a highly interactive two-day class which provides a detailed look at using Kanban to improve your processes and get the most out of your team.

Students will become familiar with the fundamentals of Kanban by participating in an engaging and collaborative simulation in which teams compete to maximize value by improving how they work. The class, which includes elements of lecture and group discussion, will challenge students to develop and refine their own Kanban to drive decisions and improve performance.
