Course Content and
This course will cover Kanban's principles and practices. Examples of visual board and ticket designs will be covered and attendees will get a chance to try to design their own. Attendees will learn about kanban systems and their building blocks, needed feedback loops, and how to start building an effective system by utilizing coaching tools such as; STATIK (System Thinking Approach To Introducing Kanban).
Kanban metrics and graphics will be covered to measure and study the effectiveness of the built system.
Also, attendees will practice what they have learned right away with the help of a simulation game; GetKanban.
The course will go through a use case to help attendees gain in depth knowledge of the effects of kanban systems.
